Grant Application Process

1. Organizations that meet our Grant Guidelines may apply for funding.

- Please use the: "Grant Application Form."

2. Grant Requests are accepted from January 1 - May 1.

3. Grants are reviewed in June.

4. Award/Decline letters are sent in July.

5. Organizations who have received funding must submit a report within 12 months of grant award.

- Please use the: "Grant Report Form." 

Organizations who do not submit a report will not be considered for future funding.
