Grant Application

Grant Process

1. Organizations that meet our grant guidelines may apply for funding using the "Grant Application Form".

2. Grant requests are accepted from January 1 - May 1.

3. Grants are reviewed in June.

4. Award/decline letters are sent in July.

5. Final/progress report-organization who have received funding must submit a report within 12 months of grant award. Please use the "Grant Report Form". Organizations who do not submit a report will not be considered for future funding.
